At the annual Classic Cuisine show
sit sisters Cathy and Jocasta
eager to learn of plates nouveau,
(they're bored with timeless retro pasta.)
They've tasted dishes fresh and bold
of fondue, lobster, mousse and kipper
curry hot and soup served cold.
(Cathy sighs - undoes her zipper.)
A buzz of sound runs through the crowd,
the last chef on the list appears
tall, dark and handsome, lean and proud
Cath and Jocasta join the cheers
He jolts them from their apathy
as heated brandy conflagrates
Jocasta says 'Who'd think,Cathy
that you could really Flambé dates?.'
