DIAL

Robbie led Jake to his Dad's pièce de résistance. On top of a column of weathered stone sat a bowstring sundial, elegant and verdigrised by weather.

' Wow! Robbie, I'm impressed. Just how accret is it?'

Robbie glanced at his watch and the sky and then moved the sundial a few centimetres to the right.

' There! Dead accret to GMT.' he answered proudly
