PRAYERS

Robbie and Jake knelt with their heads resting on the pew, hands together, the very picture of meditative prayer. Jake was shifting uncomfortably from one knee to the other.

'Wassup? whispered Robbie.

' I skinned me knee on the slide yesterday and it really hurts.' Jake confided.

'Never mind' said Robbie. 'You'll have a lovely scab to pick in a few days.
