She made her way slowly to the door.

' Good morning, Annie. How's the world treating you then, sweetheart?'

Annie smiled. Jim was getting on a bit to be delivering Meals on Wheels she thought, but he believed in keeping active.

' What have you brought me today then, Jim?

' Valentine's day isn't it? How about a meal for two?' he said winking.
